About Me!
Hello! I'm Nicole and I'm a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach!
I've truly grown to love the health and fitness industry! Before stepping into this field, I spent 15 years working in Human Services as a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional, managing group homes. But seven years ago, I felt called to help others in a new and exciting way—one that empowers people to take control of their health and well-being. It’s been an incredible journey, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
My health journey started in January 2012 when I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself. I was unhealthy, significantly overweight, and knew something had to change. Instead of jumping into a quick-fix diet, I focused on small, sustainable habits—moving more, learning how to fuel my body, and staying consistent. Over 15 months, I lost more than 100 pounds, but more importantly, I built a lifestyle that has kept the weight off for over 12 years. My approach has evolved with my body’s needs, but the foundation remains the same: balanced nutrition, movement I enjoy, and a commitment to my well-being. My journey as a coach began in 2018 when I became a certified Personal Trainer. But I didn’t stop there—I wanted to go deeper into helping people build lasting change. That’s why I became a Nutrition Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, and most recently, a Women's Fitness Specialist. Coaching others to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. In July 2020, I took a big step and opened my own personal training studio, creating a space where clients could receive personalized, one-on-one support. Over the years, I’ve also led group fitness classes, spoken at events, and even ran bootcamps for my local fire department—helping people push past their limits in ways they never thought possible! A little about me—I’ve been married to my best friend, Jeff, for nine years, and we live on a hobby farm in Miltona, MN. In 2023, we turned some of our open land into a campground (because why not add more adventure to life?). We share our space with a full crew of animals, including four dogs, three goats, two ponies, two cats, plenty of hens and roosters, two turkeys, three ducks, and even a lizard! If it gets us outside, we’re in—whether it’s hiking, exploring, or just soaking in nature. I can’t wait to support you on your own health journey—one step, one habit, and one win at a time! |
