Hello! My name is Nicole — a coach who doesn’t just train bodies but helps people transform lives. I’ve been in the health and fitness world for over eight years, and what I’ve learned is this: sustainable change doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from support you can stick with. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Community Social Services, which gives me a foundation in behavior, motivation, and real-life challenges people face every day. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, a Nutrition Coach, and a Women’s Fitness Specialist. I also have advanced training in behavior change, weight-loss strategies, and GLP-1 medication support.
