Personal Training Packages
Personal Training Sessions are charged at:
30 minute session- $35
60 minute session- $55
All packages are auto-billed monthly and new sign-ups require an initial 12 week commitment.
All packages renew each month with the number of sessions chosen and is the client's responsibility
to ensure that sessions are used/scheduled each week/month.

Includes discussion about personal goals, where to start, why choose a personal trainer,
nutritional background, going over medical, occupational, and lifestyle questionnaire,
all applicable related assessments, written program, and first one hour session!

You will meet with the trainer to complete your workout once a week,

At-Home Total Body Program- $120-$150
Includes printable PDF strength and/or cardio workout program, tracking sheets, and supplemental stretching and core sheets, and an explanation of your moves. Program can be tailored to support using your body weight or any equipment you have at home including dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and stability balls for strength moves. Recommend having resistance bands with handles and closed-loop bands if choosing to use them.
